Abstract
杂交种F1-250通过自交后代分离后经单株选择,选育出自交系250-2-S-S,并以自交系为轮回亲本,利用引进的不育源432A母本,经过杂交和多代回交,育成了辣椒雄性不育系250-2-S-S-2-2-6A,不育株率和不育度均达到100％.该不育系适于用作酱制、干椒或鲜食型品种选育的亲本材料,是一个多用途的不育系,具有较好的应用前景.
