钒污染FCC催化剂上钒的价态变化及其对催化剂结构的影响

Abstract
选择一种含Y型分子筛的FCC催化剂,采用浸渍法污染质量分数0.87%的钒(V),并采用TPR和ESR方法表征催化剂上V的价态,考察还原和老化处理前后V的价态变化,以及在老化过程中不同价态V对催化剂结构的影响.结果表明,在650℃、CO还原条件下,催化剂上的V由V+5转化为V+4;在780℃、惰性气氛下老化,V+5可转化为V+4,在780℃、H2体积分数0.12%气氛下老化,V+4、V+5可被还原为V-3.在高温水热条件下,V+5不仅破坏了催化剂的分子筛结构,也破坏了基质结构,而V+3、V+4对催化剂结构的破坏作用很小.
