采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪对某公司带钢DX51 D+Z酸轧过程中的分层缺陷进行研究.结果表明,Al2O3和非金属夹杂物是造成酸轧钢带分层的主要原因,碳元素在界面处的聚集加速了脆性断裂.
