HMX基和TATB基PBX爆轰波的拐角性能

Abstract
为了研究HMX基和TATB基高聚物粘结炸药(PBX)爆轰波的拐角性能,采用蘑菇(Mushroom)试验测试了HMX基炸药(含95%HMX的PBX-Ⅰ,含85% HMX和7% TATB的PBX-Ⅱ)和TATB基炸药(含95% TATB的PBX-Ⅲ)在起爆直径7 mm和10 mm条件下的出射角、熄爆角及延迟时间.结果表明,在起爆直径7 mm的情况下,PBX-Ⅰ的出射角(75.5°)略大于PBX-Ⅱ的出射角(74.4°),PBX-Ⅰ和PBX-Ⅱ的熄爆角均为90°,都能够发展为类似球形,显示HMX基PBX均有较好的拐角性能.在起爆直径10 mm的情况下,PBX-Ⅱ的出射角为78.6°,熄爆角为90°,PBX-Ⅲ的出射角为16.1°,熄爆角为60.4°.对于HMX基PBX,随着起爆直径的增大,出射角增大.在HMX基PBX中加入TATB,出射角减小.当HMX全部用TATB代替,出射角显著减小,三种炸药的拐角性能优劣顺序为:PBX-Ⅰ>PBX-Ⅱ>PBX-Ⅲ.
