电动给水泵变频改造节能试验分析

Abstract
分析了电动给水泵液力耦合器的特性,并给出了变频改造方案,以神华某2×300 MW电厂1号机组A电动给水泵变频改造为例,经过试验发现两台给水泵并联运行时,变频改造后的A泵比未改造的B泵在低负荷时节电效果明显,在180 MW工况时节电率为28.52％,能够起到降低供电煤耗的作用.
