超声辅助提取甘蔗叶总黄酮与还原力的测定

Abstract
以甘蔗叶为原料,采用超声波辅助法提取总黄酮.通过单因素实验和正交实验确定甘蔗叶总黄酮的最佳提取工艺,并测定总黄酮的还原力.结果表明,总黄酮最佳提取条件为:超声波功率50 W,提取温度70℃,液料比30∶1 mL/g,提取时间25 min,乙醇体积分数80％,总黄酮提取量可达18.37 mg/g;甘蔗叶总黄酮具有一定的抗氧化活性.
