Abstract
采用纳米银催化的化学镀镍法制备了镀镍碳化钨复合粉末,并通过SEM、XRD、EDS等对复合粉体的形貌,化学成分进行了表征,结果表明,表面包覆层的厚度比较均匀,大约是5μm,而且不含其它杂志成分.通过对工艺的调整与优化,最后得到最优参数:温度85℃,pH值为12.5,NaH2PO2·H2O(12 g/L)用作还原剂,柠檬酸钠(6 g/L)作为络合剂,(C6H9NO)n作为活性剂(10 mg/L).
