文章以生态承载力理论为基础,解析了沿海港口生态承载力预警的内涵及特征,构建了一套基于“3S”技术的沿海港口生态承载力预警系统,内容包括警源指标监控、预警指标计算、预警等级判定及警情分析和生态预警响应机制等,并以厦门港为例验证了预警系统在实际应用中的可行性,为沿海港口资源生态环境风险防控提供了借鉴.
