•A simple and rapid UHPLC-HRMS multi-class polyphenol analysis method was developed.•Authentic raw mono- and polyfloral Latvian honey samples (n = 393) was analysed.•High-quality occurrence data of 34 polyphenols in honey samples was obtained.
