摘要

•DDA–2-octanol–kerosene provides a non-acidification method for the use of dodecylamine.•The freezing point of DDA–2-octanol–kerosene could be reduced to less than 0 °C.•DDA–2-octanol–kerosene has good dispersibility in water.•DDA–2-octanol–kerosene has a better selectivity and beneficiation efficiency on the flotation of magnetite.•The mathematical model between the content of each reagent and the recovery of quartz was obtained.
