面向多节电池管理系统的高精度电压监测技术

Abstract
为了有效监控电动汽车电池组的使用状态,本文基于0.18μm、40 V高压BCD工艺,设计了一种适用于多节串联电池组的高精度电压监测电路.该电路利用串联电池组中电池电压叠加的特点,针对不同电池的电压特性,采用电压转换电路和与之匹配的负反馈技术,实现了电池绝对高压至基于地的模拟信号的有效"缩放".在typical/slow/fast工艺角、-40℃~85℃及1.5 V~31.5 V环境下,仿真结果表明该电路对单节电池电压的监测误差为1.92 mV,且相对误差率小于0.043%,呈现出了较强的鲁棒性.
