Identification of a Boolean Multiplex Network Via Data Containing All Possible States

In this study, it is considered the problem of identifying the Boolean multiplex network. First and foremost, it includes all types of data collections which are obtained from practical problems. Moreover, a Boolean multiplex identification method is obtained based on the semi-tensor product and motivated by the identification algorithm of one-layer Boolean network. Finally, the proposed method is applied to identify the relationship between cell tissues of breast cancer patients by analyzing data.
