摘要
Abstract Coal is an essential source of energy in the United States. The country has become increasingly dependent on fossil fuels, such as power generation. However, the combustion of coal increases the considerable amount of carbon dioxide per unit of heat energy in an atmosphere of more significance than other fossil fuels' combustion. (Assuming complete combustion), the average emission factor, obtained from a single sample, lignite, sub-bituminous coal and bituminous coal, followed by one million the maximum amount that emits anthracite of carbon dioxide per calorie, i.e., make sure the extended accepted knowledge. High carbon dioxide emission factor of anthracite reduces the calorific value, reflecting the relatively small hydrogen content of the coal. Coal consumption industries and many countries will vary depending on rank and country of origin. Thus, by consuming the emission factor national sector, the emission factor of coalification and country of origin is weighted by the sector's respective amount. Emission factor associated with the combustion of coal consumption, all of the carbon in the coal is based on the assumption that it is converted to carbon dioxide during the combustion period. A tiny percentage of the carbon in the coal is not oxidized during the combustion process. The method of automation and monitoring in industrial control systems includes the use of many types of sensors. An (Field Programmable Gate Array) FPGA plays an essential role in the automation of the different processes in the coal industry. The central control unit is temperature and pressure, the power generation voltage conveyor belt and boilers, and fuel. Although the power plant unit uses a micro-controller to control FPGA, it can be a viable solution.
