摘要

A novel magnetic sensor based on the cluster of Hall elements is described. The improvements of the proposed sensor over the single Hall elements is in reduction of power consumption, in the increase sensitivity and consequently better signal to noise and offset ratio, and in simplified design of the magnetic microsystem.
