Abstract
长非编码RNA(lncRNA)是长度超过200个核苷酸、缺乏蛋白质编码功能的RNA.多种lncRNA如lncRNA-p21、H19、前列腺特异性转录物1(PCGEM1)等均被发现在肿瘤细胞的有氧糖酵解中发挥着重要作用.在肿瘤细胞中,lncRNA可以直接调控糖酵解途径中的限速酶,也可以通过低氧诱导因子1α或原癌基因c-myc间接对肿瘤细胞的糖酵解进行调控.深入研究lncRNA调控肿瘤细胞糖酵解的机制有望为诊治肿瘤开辟新的思路.
