Abstract Date Presented 03/27/20 The findings of the study show that ToM is a developing social cognitive ability in school-age children and includes the components of lie, white lie, irony, and faux pas, and that it is related to everyday social communication and interaction performance. Understanding the relation between ToM and social performance can help clinicians to improve the ToM abilities of children with social performance difficulties in specific social contexts.
