摘要
The combined effect of thermal radiation and a first-order chemical reaction on steady hydrodynamic heat and mass transfer flow of a micropolar fluid bounded by a vertical infinite surface in the presence of viscous dissipation with constant suction. Approximate solutions of the coupled nonlinear governing equations are obtained for different values of the radiation, chemical reaction, microrotation and the magnetic-parameters. The effects of the various dimensionless parameters entering into the problem on the velocity, microrotation, temperature and concentration profiles across the boundary layer are investigated through graphs. Also the numerical values of the skin friction coefficient, couple stress coefficient, the rate of heat and mass transfer at the wall are prepared with various values of the parameters.
