It has come to our attention that there was a mistake in Fig. 2 in the published version of our manuscript. The mistake occurred during the publication process and has resulted in the lines being absent from the Kaplan-Meier plots in Fig. 2A,B. The y-axis was also incorrectly labelled in Fig. 2B.
