Hybrid CPA system comprised by fiber-silicate glass fiber-single crystal fiber with femtosecond laser power more than 90 W at 1 MHz

•The silicate glass fiber amplified the seeder of 400 mW to 92 W.•Highest power with silicate glass fiber amplifier in CPA system is obtained.•The maximum amplified power of 122 W based on SCF at 1 MHz is obtained.•Power of 90 W at 1 MHz with pulse duration of 660 fs is obtained.
