Abstract
Five novel mononuclear mixed ligand complexes [Ln(thd)3(deta)] of La, Pr, Nd, Sm and Gd with dipivaloylmethanate-anions and neutral tridentate N-donor ligand – diethylenetriamine have been synthesized and characterized. Complexes demonstrate high stability, sublime intact at 140–160 °C in vacuum, and were applied for MOCVD of epitaxial LaMnO3 and LaAlO3 films.
