Commercial silk-based electronic textiles for NO2 sensing

摘要
•Electronic textiles (e-textiles) were fabricated with commercial silks and graphene oxide by thermal reduction at 400, 500, and 600 ℃.•The e-textiles were very sensitive to NO2 gas.•24 % of gas sensing performance for 10 ppm NO2 gas at room temperature was observed.•The sensors thermally reduced at 400 ℃ had maximum sensing response to NO2 gas at room temperature regardless of the woven method.•The sensing property was maintained the sensing property under bending.
