摘要

•The relationship between the SCLC immune environment and 18F-FDG uptake is unclear.•We investigated tumor immunity in SCLC patients who underwent 18F-FDG PET.•18F-FDG uptake was higher in patients with low CD4(+) and CD8(+) TILs.•High 18F-FDG uptake predicted shorter survival, especially with limited disease.
