摘要
•TH1 cells were exposed to inorganic NPs under continuous medium flow rate.•Only Fe3O4NPs (>700 μg/ml) induced a slight cytotoxicity after 24 h exposure.•None of the NPs increased the level of DNA strand breaks and oxidative DNA damage.•Fe3O4NPs were the most efficiently taken up while TiO2NPs the least one.•Phagocytosis/macropinocytosis is probably in involved in the uptake of NPs.
