New aspects of the Glissonian approach in liver surgery for metastatic colorectal cancer patients

Introduction. Liver and lungs are the most common cites of colorectal cancer metastasis (mCRC). The aim of our study was to improve results of surgical treatment of patients with mCRC by improving and introducing the Glissonin approach during liver resection.
