摘要
•Ultrafine E-g-C3N4 is synthesized by H2SO4 intercalation and NH3 stripping.•E-g-C3N4 could self-recognize CH3NH3PbI3 grain boundaries and locate on them.•The power conversion efficiency of 15.8% is achieved for E-g-C3N4 modified PSCs.
