摘要
•An industrial, cost effective IBC solar cell fabrication with laser process was developed.•Jo decreases regularly as the ratio of contact size reduces in the doping area.•The important parameters of IBC solar cell is not excluded in our simulations, e.g. in ρc, Jo.•The optimized doping level, micron size contact and low contact resistance were responsible for the η of 25% IBC solar cell.
