摘要

•Binary sulfides are firstly used to fabricate Ti-substituted CuGaS2 thin films.•A facile and effective synthetic method is developed.•The fabricated Cu2Ga1−xTixS2 thin films are well crystallinity.•The enhancement of the optical absorption indicates the IBs are formed.
