(545) – First Results of the Territorial Organization in the Attention to Cardiogenic Shock

Mortality in cardiogenic shock (CS) remains very high nowadays. The need of urgent attention and the use of short-term complex ventricular assist devices (VAD) justifies the hierarchical organization of hospitals. The aim is to analyze the first results obtained after implementing a territorial organization in our area.
