摘要
Graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) is the leading cause of non-relapse mortality after allogeneic stem cell transplantation (allo-SCT). Recent progress in GVHD research identified three promising proteomic biomarkers (ST2, Reg3α, and sTNFR1) which have diagnostic and prognostic significance in patients at day 28 or with new onset acute GVHD in T-lymphocyte replete setting. However, these biomarkers have not yet been validated in the setting of ex vivo T cell depletion. We evaluated these three biomarkers in our T-cell depleted allo-SCT cohorts using two separate graft manipulation strategies, CD3-CD19 depletion versus CD34+ selection.
