摘要
CT Computed tomography MRI Magnetic resonance imaging PET Positron emission tomography LG Lymphomatoid granulomatosis A 44 year-old manwas admitted with a history of night sweats, dyspnea and fatigue. A CT of chest and abdomen, showed right internal mammary and multiple abdominal visceral artery diffuse wall thickening and aneurysm formation (Fig. 1A) most consistent with a systemic vasculitis. It also showed multiple solid pulmonary nodules (Fig. 1B), a surgical biopsy of which revealed lymphomatoid granulomatosis. Surgical biopsy of a lateral thoracic artery aneurysm demonstrated wall infiltration with lymphomatoid granulomatosis. A CT coronary angiogram demonstrated an eccentric aneurysm of the proximal segment of the right (Fig. 1C)
