A mitochondria-targeting ratiometric fluorescent probe for imaging hydrogen peroxide with long-wavelength emission and large Stokes shift

A mitochondria-targeting fluorescence probe with long-wavelength emissions and large Stokes shifts for the sensitive and selective detection of H2O2 has been developed in a ratio manner under a single-wavelength excitation. The application of this new probe for intracellular H2O2 detection in mitochondria was successfully demonstrated.
