Abstract
We demonstrate energetic (similar to 30nJ) ultrashort pulse wavelength conversion from similar to 1045-1600nm with similar to 38% overall efficiency, achieved by a combination of intra-pulse Raman soliton shifting and discrete, cascaded intermodal Raman scattering in a step-index multimode fiber.
