The studies of lattice parameter and electrochemical behavior for Li3V2(PO4)3/C cathode materials

摘要
The figure shows lattice constant of Li3V2(PO4)3/C composite. The lattice parameters of the material are a=8.605Å, b=8.596Å, c=14.732Å, β=125.20°, and V=890.59Å3, where the values of c and β are higher than that previously reported. Additionally, the lattice parameters changed above 800°C, where the a axis increased and the b and c axes decreased with increasing sintering temperature, indicating a critical point at which the crystal structure of the LVP/C materials changed. Moreover, the LVP/C composite sintered at 800°C showed a high specific capacity with excellent kinetic properties.
