摘要
The traditional power grid planning has been difficult to meet the safety requirements for more large-scale wind power system under the premise of admission requirements. Aiming at solving this problem and expecting to fully exploit information about output of wind power, we designed to achieve the quantitative risk analysis of wind power fluctuations. Based on this, we expected to establish a Source - Network - Load coordination planning model base on risk elimination for grid connection of large-scale wind power, and we applied bargaining game theory to find solution for the twin-goal model. Finally, a northwest region including wind power system was taken as an example to verify the correctness of the proposed coordinated planning approach.
