摘要
•Supercritical fluid deposition and sulfurization achieved the filling of CuInS2 semiconductor inside the nanoporous TiO2 film.•SCFD enabled the homogeneous deposition of Cu-In from the top to the bottom of the nanoporous TiO2 films.•CuInS2 film formed by following sulfurization of Cu-In film exhibited ideal band gap and photoconductivity.
