Characteristic study of cognitive impairment in patients with mild cognitive disorder after cerebral infarction in different ages

Objective To explore the characteristics of cognitive impairment in patients with mild cognitive disorder after cerebralinfarction. Methods A total of 873 patients with mild cognitive disorder after cerebral infarction were selected and evaluated with neuropsychology tests to analyze the characteristics of cognitive impairment. Results The cognitive impairments in patients with mild cognitive disorder after cerebral infarction,from high to low,were: delay memory( 57. 85%),attention and calculation( 47. 54%),language and the ability to execute( 25. 43%),space structure( 23. 83%),orientation( 20. 05%) and immediate memory ability( 6. 64%). The majority of cognitive impairment was involved with 1 to 3 cognitive domains,and the percentages in order were:29. 44%,38. 72% and 18. 44%. The main cognitive impairment combinations were:( 1) delayed memory and attention and calculation combined with language and executive function,( 2) delay memory and attention and calculation force,language ability combined with ability to execute / space structure. Conclusion The cognitive impairments in patients with mild cognitive disorder after cerebral infarction were mainly presented with delayed memory,attention and calculation,language and the ability to execute and space structure.
