Comparison of the use of open case library and traditional teaching

Objective To study on open in anatomy teaching process of case library for autonomous learning of medical students the role and effect, and its comparison with the traditional teaching effect. Methods Case teaching team computer department in our hospital and anatomy created combining network classroom teaching guide method, the analysis of these teaching model in anatomy teaching role. Results Case libraries using traditional teaching classes and teaching classes theoretical results contrast Juanmian as percentile, both were(88.67±2.35) and(72.49±1.96), t=15.5426, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The effect of opening the case base is obviously superior to the traditional teaching method.
