Evaluation on Comprehensive Efficiency of Clinical Departments in Hospitals Based on Standardized Score Method

Objective To use the standardized score method for comprehensive evaluation of clinical departments,in order to provide methods for the issues related to comprehensive assessment of hospital management.Method According to standardized score system concept of college entrance examination,the original values of index that is efficient and benefit for clinical department in a hospital are converted to standardized scores,and the level of indicators and development situation are measured respectively.Through using quadrant analysis methods,integrated positioning evaluation is done.Result Through using this method,the clinical departments were divided into four categories according to their effectiveness,and located in different quadrants represent different levels of development and benefits.Conclusion Method combining with the use of standardized scores with quadrant analysis can pinpoint the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical departments in the hospital-wide dynamic location,and the result is intuitive and reliable.
