摘要
N4P4Cl8 was reacted with the N2N2 and N2O2 tetradentate ligands to obtain sas and bino cyclotetraphosphazenes. The structures of these compounds were made. The antimicrobial activity of the cyclotetraphosphazenes against G(+) and G(−) bacteria and fungi were investigated. The interactions between the phosphazenes and pBR322 plasmid DNA and the evaluations for cytotoxic activity against L929 Fibroblast and MDA-MB 231 breast cancer cell lines were studied.
