摘要
Darier disease (DD) is a rare autosomal dominant genodermatosis that is clinically characterized by papular keratotic lesions predominant in seborrheic areas (chest, back, armpits). Bacterial and viral superinfections are common complications. Histologically, DD lesions correspond to dyskeratosis and suprabasal acantholysis. Many heterozygous mutations in ATP2A2 are reported to be involved in this disease. Therapeutic options are numerous including retinoids (acitretin) and suited treatment against bacterial and viral superinfections.
