摘要

•The AdVance study evaluated the incidence of adenovirus (AdV) infection in allo-HCT recipients.•This was the largest multicenter study of its type to date.•AdV infection occurred in 32% of pediatric and 6% of adult transplant recipients.•AdV viremia ≥1000copies/mL occurred in 14% of pediatric and 1.5% of adult transplant recipients.•Risk factors for AdV viremia ≥1000 were younger age, T cell depletion, and donor type.
