摘要
•Depression-like behaviors can be induced by CUS.•EE, fluoxetine, EE+fluoxetine all can reverse depression-like behaviors of CUS rats.•The effect of EE+fluoxetine appeared to be superior to EE or fluoxetine alone.•Expression level of SYP in CA1, CA3, DG of hippocampus was decreased in CUS rats.•EE, fluoxetine, EE+fluoxetine all can reverse the decrease in expression of SYP.
