Mo1629 Usefulness of Imaging Enhanced Endoscopy Using Newly LASER Light

In recent years, the observation method that affect image enhancement has been developed by altering the wavelength of the light emitted from the endoscope without using dye and by adding to the image processing after imaging, which has been reported to be useful in the diagnosis of early cancer. Blue LASER imaging(BLI) using a laser beam. which is newly developed by Fujifilm,Tokyo,Japan, is the technology of the observation that highlights the micro vessels of the mucosal surface just like Narrow Band Imaging(NBI). In addition to the equivalent qualitative diagnosis of NBI, this technology is expected to be more useful for observing from a distance and for observing the steric structure of the mucosal surface.
