Variation of Seebeck Coefficient at Martensitic Transformation in Cu–Mn–Al Alloy

摘要
Structure, electric and transport properties of Cu–Mn–Al shape memory alloy were studied in this work. Cu–Mn–Al ribbons were subjected to cooling and heating through temperature range of martensitic transition to examine change of these properties with temperature. Different contributions to thermopower were analyzed in terms of the Wiedemann–Franz law.
