Bendavia (Mtp-131), A Novel Mitochondria-Targeting Peptide, Improves Activities of Mitochondria Complex-I and Complex-Iv in Left Ventricular Myocardium of Dogs with Advanced Heart Failure

Dysfunctional mitochondria (MITO) lead to reduced ATP synthesis in LV myocardium of patients and animals with heart failure (HF). Bendavia (BEN, MTP-131), a first-in-class MITO targeting peptide, was shown to improve LV function and rate of MITO ATP synthesis in dogs with advanced HF. This study
