940 Predicitive Factors for Nonresponse in Genotype 2/3 Infected Chronic Hepatitis C (CHC) Patients Treated with Peginterferon Alfa-2A (PEG) and Ribavirin (RBV) in Real Life Setting

NAFLD and AFLD developed liver cirrhosis in this population based setting.Patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease had a worse overall survival than patients with alcoholic fatty liver disease.No significant difference was found in liver-related death in the NAFLD group compared to the AFLD group.Patients with fatty liver disease showed a markedly higher risk of developing liver-related death compared to the general population.
