X-ray Diffraction Data for Fluorite-Like Gd 2 ZrO 5 and Gd 2 HfO 5

摘要
This paper presents X-ray powder diffraction data for the Gd2MO5 (M = Zr, Hf) compounds prepared through coprecipitation followed by heat treatment at 1600°C: structure type, interplanar spacings, Miller indices, unit-cell parameters, and X-ray densities. The materials studied are shown to contain nanostructured grains ranging in nanodomain size from }~40 to 500 nm.
