摘要

A new interpretation for the two new rotational bands in the Nb-102 nucleus is presented. These two bands in Nb-102 are proposed to be semi-decoupled bands where the odd proton with Omega (P) = 1/2 coupled to the rotation axis and odd neutron with Omega (t) not equal 1/2 is strongly coupled to the deformation axis of the Zr-100 deformed core. The likely orbitals are pi1/2[431] and nu5/2[532].
