Isolierung Und Totalsynthese Der Icumazole Und Noricumazole – Antimykotische Antibiotika Und Kationenkanalblocker Aus Sorangium Cellulosum

Gemeinsame Anstrengung: Das antifungisch wirkende Icumazol A und der Kaliumkanalblocker Noricumazol A sowie ihre glycosylierten Derivate sind neue, strukturell verwandte Sekundärmetabolite aus Sorangium cellulosum. Ihre Strukturen wurden durch eine Kombination aus spektroskopischen Methoden, Derivatisierungen, Fragmentierungen und schließlich der Totalsynthese von Noricumazol A aufgeklärt.
