Synthesis Of Hybrid Nanoparticles Organic/Inorganic: Fonctionnalisation And Quantification

Metal nanoparticles have attracted much attention because of their many interesting properties (physical and chemical) and potential technological applications [1,3]. To obtain an object or material that is usable and detectable in biological analysis, two strategies for the synthesis of nanohybrides with size close to 10 nm was selected. The organic/inorganic gold nanoparticules seemed to be good candidates. The nanohybrides, that we decided to develop, present originality according to two characteristics following: An active mineral core of few nanometer thikness for an easy dispersion in the biological environment [4] (great mobility and accessibility); A covering of the particle by the formation of hybrid chains joining together a mineral particle with functional and structural [5] characteristics and the organic molecules presenting biological and functional properties complementary.
